Slow Table Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy


Returns, Refunds & Damages
All non-food items are eligible for return and possible refund or store credit within 14 calendar days of delivery date. All return requests are subject to approval. Return approvals that are delayed on the part of our team will be assessed from the date of customer submission. 

To initiate a returns, first log into your Slow Table customer account, then find and select the related order. Select the item(s) to return, enter your reason(s) for return, and click 'Request Return'. We will review and process all returns within 2 business days. If you have not received a response within that time frame, please email us at orders@slow-table.com. Please note that holidays and special events may affect this processing time.

In order to receive a full refund on eligible returns, items must be unused and display no damage that has been caused by the recipient. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, arrives damaged as a result of improper packaging, or if you receive the wrong product(s), please contact us immediately at orders@slow-table.com with photo documentation of the issue(s) assessed so that we can evaluate and initiate a resolution for you.

We will process any refund or store credit amount due to you upon receipt, inspection, and approval of returns. Again, please note that used or damaged items that were not assessed and documented upon receipt may result in ineligibility for refund. All refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Any store credit will be issued to and accessible within your customer account. In the case of no account, we may issue a digital gift card which will be delivered with access information via your contact email on the originating order. 

We will do our best to resolve all return/refund/exchange requests within 2-4 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post any credits to your account.  Any gifted items returned without original receipt and original payment method will be issued in store credit only. We cannot issue return credit to any new form of payment other than the original.  

A Special Note on Gourmet Food & Curated Gourmet Boxes
We cannot accept returns for any food products or gift cards. We may, however, issue store credit or an exchange for these items, as well as any items that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed in shipping, you can contact us at orders@slow-table.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. Credit and exchanges for food items and gift cards will be subject to approval. Please be prepared to send a photos of any damage as you find it, along with your order number and a copy of your confirmation number, or you may reply directly to your order confirmation email. 

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by deliveries that have been exposed to the elements, or for delivery delays due to inclement weather. We do, however, take great care in packaging all orders for successful shipping and delivery at any given time of year.
